The first three people who are attending the 2015 CamFest and doing NEW COMPLETE camera builds at the CamFest, JTS Wildlife Cameras will donate the control boards needed to complete the builds.  This includes your pick from the CritterGetter Micro, The Full Size CritterGetter and a SlavePRO1 if it includes a Slave flash.  If doing a video build I will donate a full size CritterGetter and a PreAmp/Exchanger Board.  You will need to purchase a LED Array.  So the first three to post here and tell me what you are building gets the donated goods........This donation applies to the PA CamFest ONLY!!!

I was referring to the PA Camfest you guys are getting together.  It is usually a big one so I was simply trying to give back to the homebrew community.

Great offer Jim.
I'd love to go and put together a DXG, (gonna need help on that one), but doesn't look like I'll be there.
I hope whoever takes you up on this offer appreciates it.

Ok guys who has a camera that they would sell me and who will be willing to help me with the build, I think that I have some led arrays that I had bought at one time but never used as it looked like the video build was way to complicated for me to even give it a try.
I have some cases and other stuff gather up so maybe we could just do a IR day nigh cam.
Let me know and I can see what I may have already.
Thanks for any help.

What are you looking for? I mean mega pixel, card, battery type, etc.? Would narrow it down to what may be availabe. I have both a P32 (I'd probrably keep but not sure when I'd use it so is a possibility) and P52 (would need a big snorkle...lens doesn't extend but entire lens area protrudes) haven't used yet. Both are hacked but not with a SA but to the block like an S40 is and external hack too (if wanted to use a SA would just have to unsolder from the block and put a SA in, simple to do). Also have a W50 hacked. I'm assuming these are okay for IR but have never done an IR and not planning on doing one...like colors too much.

Check out this thread and maybe it will give you some ideas on what is available and then check out the properties to narrow your search (doesn't list a W50 so not sure if similar to a W55):

Jon,
The more I look at pics from other cams I think that I still like the color pics better too.
I am going to look at FIREMANJIM site and see if I can get a better understanding of what to look for.
Thanks Guys.

Jim,
Thanks for the great offer but I wasn't sure if I could get to Camfest at the time and I really don't know a lot about the builds so I didn't know what I would really need from you so I am going to see if I can get the cams fixed that I had bought before and go from there.
Thanks again,
Woodsrat

There is always plenty of stuff there to build a trailcam.  If he can get a board to you we will make ure you get a build done.  I will donate a case to you for a build jut at the camfest.

I don't think that there is much of a chance of getting anything in time right now from Jim but thanks for the extra offer too.
I need to get the ones that I already have fixed for now so I will just go with that and see what you other guys come up with there.
Would like to maybe make a video cam sometime, Some of the video's that I see you guys have are pretty cool!
