Thanks guys, now I've got the canvas Camo cab & windshield on it, after hunting season the snow plow goes on. I bought the Polaris at a yard sale from a 80 year Old year lady!
Saw two bucks chasing does behind my house tonite so the ride in the morning will be short!

Hey Jon, I've used them before, they stink in the mud and woods.

I scooped up the Ranger after I had my back surgery an realized I could no longer hike the hills anymore, a "retirement" gift for myself.

The Excal my friend Diesel pointed me to and my wife & kids bought it for me for father's day, you know, pick out what ya really want! A few phone calls an it was on it's way home... from Ohio!

I Had crutches when i was younger and messed up my leg, tore a tendon in my foot. My frioends used to go walk in the woods so we could Um... partake in ingestion of some substances.... I got stuck in the mud once so I made a foot and put a shoe on the crutches.... Worked for me....

Hey Jon, that was my favorite way to get around for a lotta yrs, always had to hike to the "other" side of the hill cause that's where the game is. Judy hated fall turkey hunting with me cause we had to walk to the top of yonder hill and you know how some of these Pa hill are. Only ones I refused to walk up are in Lycoming county, not a gonna happen.

What brand a boots ya got there? I gotta pair of Irish Setters that have a 100,000 miles on em, still going. My LaCross archery boots are bout finished though, makes me kinda sad....

I have some LaCrosse (?) Alpha Burleys that I got for hunting. Feet ALWAYS get cold (think from the blood thinners...okay anti-coagulant) and they have 1400 gram Thinsulate so figured good. Wrong. Feet seem to get colder, think it the rubber thing. Those boots are LaCrosse 900 gram Thinsulate (can't find brand name but stock # is 5662W. They are over 10 years old I think. Things keep me usually warm and when gets in the low 30's use one of the feet air activated warmer insoles. Thinking about getting booties too as like I said I freeze. Used my blaze orange sleeping bag once on a deer stan. Temp. was in teens and I wasn't toasty but had a treestand set 2' off the ground to stay out of the snow and then in my sleeping bag. What a picture that would have made (along with it piled with all this stuff plus a doe.

I think my LaCrosse boots are the Alpha Burleys ?? Had em long enough to forget! They are cracking around the ankles but they've been through a lot, I really can't complain.

Headed out the the blind soon, went out this morning for a hour, had a inch of fresh snow but the cold dampness sent me home, can't take it anymore. Sucks getting old...
Later man!
