Doctors appt. today and she walks in and said I had a heart attack! Asked when as couldn't remember anything that might have happened. Finally got it straightened out. She meant SHE almost had the heart attack when looking at my records and wondering how she missed previously that I smoked and what that error might have done to me. Guess I should quit telling them when they ask if I smoke "I smoked a pack 41 years ago but gave it up to keep from becoming addicted...the 20 in the pack lasted me for a month..." when . Some people just can't take a joke.
On the same note guess when they ask if I drink I should quit saying "yes, had 1/2 can of Bud in 1976 and another 1/2 can in 1985".

Jon I have a life insurance policy.  they had to send a person to come out and verify that "i am whats I say I am" and i was too honest.  Told them I smoked.  When?  25 some years ago when I was 18 I used to smoke in college.  I still to this day have a crappy rate and my wife still rolls her eyes when we go through this (and she is the ABSOLUTE most honest person I have ever met).  Amazing what we cant say.  One of the reasons I think we all appreciate this site and the people that make it.
When I look at the smiles on all the children's faces, I just know they're about to jab me with something.
