Ditto on what Woody said about dip #4 being on (I didn't trust him so just tried it
). Also what is written on the back of the chip? I guess I'm assuming it has FS600? Also may be a good idea to see if the wires are being compressed when closing the case, I've had that happen and just had to resolder as it was too tight and pulled a wire loose. Delay wise on my fast hack S40 led comes on and at (approx.) 35 sec. camera turns on and both turn off at 45 sec. and then another 35 sec. and led flashs 5X. Oh one other thing, make sure the right solder spots are jumped (ABC or DEF). For the S600 I don't know if they're the same as the S40 (ABC soldered as jumped and DE soldered as jumped). It seemed to be a common thing with the boards not having any jumped, I had 2 of 5 not done.
