I got my new Barnett Predator last year and of course my youngest son wanted to shoot it. He had never shot a xbow or any bow for that matter. Below is the results of his first three bolts he shot. We were only a little over 20 yards but I was impressed with my little guy. After me telling him how well he did he looked at me and said "dad, I want a real bow"..lol. I bought him the Diamond Infinite Edge and he loves it. Shoots it well too!

He sure has the marksmanship to be a great hunter/shooter. Keep him interested in the outdoor sports.

No Bruce. Wish I could take credit. I had never shot one either. Notice I'm not posting any pics of my shooting that day...:-)

Thanks Ralph. I really hope he stays interested. He's the youngest(by far) and has taken to the outdoors the most.

Good job Bob, I away's insisted my kids learn to handle an shoot firearms, hunting is optional, just cause you never know. They also like shooting crossbows, although they don't archery hunt at all.

Great to see the smile on his face.  Always good to see a youngster get involved in shooting
