I've only shot my 380 twice. Last time I set the speed dial at 350 and took 2 shots at 20 and one shot at 30 After 3 shots there is only one little hole in the target. Picked up some new Slick Tricks today and hope to get out tomorrow and fine tune it. Did some adjusting on the scope and took the caps off the ends and think I have it dialed in now too. Pretty happy with it so far, but still waiting for my new string from Boo. Still have my old Phenoix for back up.
One thing I have to do is watch the dvd and see how to un cock the bow. I always did it by hand with my exocet and phenoix but don't think I'll try it with this one.

It's pretty easy to uncock em once ya get the hang of it. Beats having to shoot em in the dark to uncock em like them off-brand bows that I'll not mention  [thumb]

I just had my Equinox out, forgot what a beast it is, at 20 yds it just slams the target, real nice group. That has a better trigger than my Exocet, no creep at all.

Let us know how you like the slick tricks, I have some 100 gr I have to try out.

Now wait a minute...oh yeah that's right I do have to shoot mine. It'd be nice though to be able to let others down the same way...and no I'm not going to get an Excalibur.
btw Bruce, I have the same problem you mentioned about not being able to cock the crossbow as can't get the arms up high enough. One reason went with the Challenger.

Mrs lost a arrow last fall shooting an a foam block at almost dark, neighbor kid found it a week later an wanted to sell it to her! I just got her one of the Yellow Jacket Discharge Target's, cause ya know it was my fault she lost her arrow......

With the Equinox I put some knots behind the puller handles to shorten the rope, it's much shorter.
I forgot, the Nox has a tri-colored flemish fast flight string on it, 32 strand astroflight.
